SLEAT AND STRATH AFC

50 years PLAYING in local and regional competitions

About Sleat and Strath AFC

Sleat and Strath AFC are an amateur football club that participates in the West Highland Football League. Established in 1972, the club has enjoyed over 50 years competing in local and regional competitions.

During the winter months we train in Plockton on the high school all weather pitch, and in the summer we train on MacKinnon Park, in Broadford – days vary depending on availability. Trainings are open sessions, and varying skill and experience levels are encouraged to come along and give it a try.

Sleat and Strath are also responsible for the maintenance, including groundworks, cutting, fertilising etc. of MacKinnon Park football pitch, in Broadford. The pitch is a community area that is used by many different clubs and provides a safe, suitable environment for children and adults of the local area to use and enjoy.

To do this, the club runs a weekly lotto, where proceeds go towards the costs attributed to the pitch. You can support our community space by playing here – Pitch Lotto
