Join the Highland Community Waste Partnership and Hannah from Gut Feelings Kombucha for some hands on foody fun at Skye’s Café Cùil. Hannah will be showing us a traditional techniques for fermenting vegetables, making sauerkraut. Not only do you learn a new skill together, but you get to take home your handmade sauerkraut to enjoy for days to come!
