If you are a Member and unable to attend the AGM, you may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. Completed proxy forms must be received by the Company at least 48 hours before the meeting.

Please note there are roadworks in Harrapool which may affect your journey so we advise you to allow plenty of time. Doors will open at 7pm and refreshments served.
