Help us record nature in this ‘Bio-blitz’ style event, Saturday 27 June 10.30 – 3
All welcome to help us survey birds, bugs, butterflies and more at Broadford Community Woodland! All welcome, no experience required.
Please note this event is weather permitting – double check social media on Friday evening. All children must be supervised when on site. All queries to phil@broadfordandstrath.org
We will have expert naturalists on site and will endeavour to record as many species as we can. We will record using smartphones and the iNature or iRecord app which you may want to download beforehand.
Kick off at 10:30am at the Growers Hub with a look through the moth traps with Phil Knott before exploring the different habitats. We will be here until around 3pm, light snacks and refreshments provided. You can come for the whole session or just drop in.
